To be safe, the gun which imo is safest to upgrade (since no class has it by default) is the M-15 Vindicator. Open Gibbed Save Editor for Mass Effect 3 application. The M-8 Avenger didn't work for me, so don't rely on only having that one. LOCATION: In the corner of the office where you activate a terminal, after doing your first stealth kill.
